Earth is made up mostly of water.
Our body is made up mostly of water.
As infants our body is made up of almost 90% water!
As we age, we are made up of less water. We get more diseases and chronic conditions.
Think of it this way: your nerve system that controls everything about you is like electrical current. Water amplifies that current and nourishes and bathes all your trillions of cells.

So, is water good for us? You bet!
Do we get enough of it? Heck no!
What’s the best amount?
All experts agree, it’s about half your body weight in ounces.
So, for a 150-lb. individual, it would be 75 ounces.

Is water in foods we eat, so we might not need to drink like 9-15 8 oz. glasses/ day? Yes.
How do you know if you’re hydrated? Basically, your pee is clear, instead of yellow.
Drink more water. Drink enough daily. Buy yourself a great water bottle (glass or stainless steel) and make that water bottle your new buddy that you carry everywhere you go, just like your smartphone!
Will you feel like you are peeing every 5 minutes for a while? Yes, but your body will calibrate soon enough to being hydrated and you’ll get back to “normal.”
